This here is the new 7" from DC straight-edge hardcore group Betrayed. They feature a couple of members from Champion and a couple from Carry On, both bands everyone is familiar with. To date they've released a split with Champion, an EP Addiction, a full length Substance (good record) and now this, Suffering. Pretty meaningful lyrics as per normal, though I bet you can guess what most of them are about. I was lucky enough to be in the first 200 and got the clear blue version, though I believe white and standard black were also sent out. Quality cover and neat package all up. What really topped it off was the printed cardboard packaging and the printout which you can see below. Though tracks 1, 2 and 4 represent classic betrayed, being fast, punky and containing plenty of guitar hooks, track 3 takes a different slower take as seen on the Substance record. This is their first release since 2006, I really hope there are more planned, please and thankyou.
